  3. Develop the skills they need internally to respond to the changing needs of the organisation and the wider system.
  4. Evaluate and report on their impact and value for money, using this evidence to learn and improve.

Janice is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Chartered IT Professional (BCSCITP) with extensive experience in the information security/risk management arena for leading blue chip and independent healthcare organisations. Janice has successfully achieved and maintained full company accreditation to ISO27001 for a leading independent healthcare company.

She also has expert knowledge of the Department of Health's Information Governance Toolkit Requirements for NHS Business Partners, Community Pharmacies and Dispensing Appliance Contractors (DACs).
