GRCS SPOTLIGHT

The Care Quality Commission have published their Business Plan - 2016/17.

The 4 main priorities are:

  1. Complete the inspection programme – and ensure that the registration processes support providers to deliver high quality care while encouraging innovative new models of care.
  2. Build on strong foundations to shape the future of health and care regulation, ensuring that their approach remains relevant to a changing environment.
  3. Develop the skills they need internally to respond to the changing needs of the organisation and the wider system.
  4. Evaluate and report on their impact and value for money, using this evidence to learn and improve.

Here are GRC Solutions we can help you find your way through the CQC registration and inspection process.
